Wood Wood x Vans How would you celebrate your first 15 years as a fashion brand? Danish Wood Wood have already teamed up with the likes of ASICS, adidas Originals and Barbour, and has now, last but not least, putting their own take on a real classic. Yesterday, two Vans Old Skool models in premium suede were released, with “NOW FOREVER” and “FOREVER NOW” written on the sole unit’s sidewalls.

Nudie Jeans is already offering free repair service of the customer’s pairs of denim, reselling their own second hand products and recycling worn out pieces. From this FW17 collection, the Swedish brand’s entire denim collection is made of organic cotton, while the brand keep on striving to make the full line made in a sustainable way.

Lounge chair with a paper feel Young dynamic Finnish designer Kasper Nyman strives to challenge himself and the materials he uses. Clearly visible in the chair Mono for Danish design brand Woud, where he used two years to develop a new tree material. Named UPM Grada, it reminds about paper in its thin and fine structure. Now available in three new versions, Counter Chair, Bar Stool and Lounge Chair, and all made in Denmark.

Goodyear welted shoes well worth its price tag Only selling via their own online channels and at trunk shows, shoe manufacturer Myrqvist cut their margins offering qualitative shoes in a Goodyear welted construction, starting at €200.
