Sneakersnstuff continues to celebrate its 20th anniversary with The North Face for a winter-season appropriate gear collab drop
The collection is unveiled only days after the huge global launch of The North Face’s new Futurelight fabric.
The two players have a long-lasting friendship. Inspired by the early days of The North Face and the environment the brand was built in (right before the Summer of Love in San Francisco in 1966), Sneakersnstuff reflects on the history of the West Coast brand in the collection through a tie-dye prism. It taps into a time where people from all backgrounds met in California, a region known for its countermovement free-thinking spirit, DIY style, and colorful tie-dye clothing.
The capsule adds a contemporary spin to five pieces that feel quintessentially fall and winter-ready. It includes four clothing pieces as well as The Berkeley Boot — a reinterpretation of a hiking boot made for the city, which nods to the past with an insulated, waterproof construction, featuring tie-dye elements, leather overlays, and a grippy outsole.
The Berkeley Boot.
Spearheaded by the Nuptse Jacket, the classic lightweight down jacket, we also see updated Tie-Dye versions of the cozy Denali Fleece and Fleece Pant as well as a cap.
Launching October 19 at Sneakersnstuff’s stores in Stockholm, Berlin, Paris, London, New York, and Los Angeles.
