EYTYS’ Autumn/Winter 2020 line combines tailoring methods and baggy fits
The Swedish brand’s third clothing collection is erasing the line between utopia and dystopia.
Autumn/Winter 2020 contains multiple pieces with a common theme, including striped jackets, fluid trousers in lining material, and 90s-inspired prints. It indicates a new youth of age backdrop of the late 90s and early 2000s sub-culturalism, that balance the lo-fi heritage and R’n’B elements for a style mixed sophistication, combining tailoring methods and baggy fits. The collection, first presented at Paris Fashion Week, presents neo-noir futurism with a 90s attitude and injection of Prince of Wales, all merging together in a raw summary. It also contains a collaboration with the Japanese artist Yosuke Onishi, including pieces of hyper-realistic print designs of his work.
