Unique rock formations turned into jewelry
Stockholm-based jewellery label All Blues aim to create luxurious pieces that people want to collect, handcrafted by expert artisans at a third generation goldsmith farm outside Stockholm and with a list of retailers including Ssense, Beams, Nordstrom, Matches, Liberty, and Isetan. The new Rauk collection is named after the rock formations, sculpted by nature and uniquely found along the Swedish coasts of Gotland and Fårö islands. Centuries ago, Gotland was situated alongside the Equator, which is why the island’s nature is so unique. Today, it is found in the Baltic sea, towards the South-East of Sweden.
During his childhood, co-founder Jacob Skragge spent most of his summers at the Gotland shores where he became familiar with these stacked limestone structures. These impressive rauks arise through natural processes between the sea and the wind, which fascinated him at first sight and have therefore become a nostalgic symbol.
The Rauk collection features a necklace and a selection of rings, which are hand-carved to create a stone-like texture mimicking the rauks’ original state.
