20 years of leading Scandinavian design in one place

A conceptual mind with a sense of humor, innovation, passion, restiveness, intensity, new inventions and unexpected collaborations characterizes Swedish designer Alexander Lervik’s unique aesthetics.

After 20 years of practise, it’s time for a retrospective exhibition, opening today at Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, Stockholm House of Culture & City Theatre, housing everything from bird nests and elevators, conference furniture, cutleries, and dark lights. Always striving to create products that stand out and becomes the talk of the town at the Design Week in Milan, but always with a function. However, products that not always see the shape following the function. A true entrepreneur, with an inventor’s fantasy and importunity, and one of Scandinavian design’s finest.
